Will Rogers once said, “You never get a second chance to make a first impression.” While he was talking about people, the same is true concerning houses…Especially when they are on the market for sale!

It takes experience, a state-of-the art marketing plan, a little creativity, and a team of professionals that can manage all the details – and with over 30 years of experience, we can get your home sold FAST! The Knowles Team can show your the difference between your home being LISTED and your home being SOLD!
Staging
If you have ever walked into a Model home, you know how good it can look. When homes have this kind of appeal, they sell quickly – and usually for the highest price possible. Many things can be done to make your home look its best without spending a lot of money. The Knowles Team offers a FREE two hour staging consultation with professional stager – giving you the ability to work with a professional who will offer ideas for de-cluttering and preparing your home so it appeals to as many people as possible.
Professional Photos
Pictures sell homes. The better the pictures, the higher the final sales price. With the power of the internet, over 90% of the buyers will see your home there. We believe that HD professional photos help to attract buyers who are searching the internet. Who pays for these professional photos? We do, as the Knowles Team – just another FREE service we provide. However, prior to arranging for the photos, we will send in our professional cleaning crew AND professional landscaper for FREE to make sure it your home sparkles and shines, as well as having great curb appeal!
Virtual Tour
A virtual tour of your home bring the buyers right into your home – as they sit back, relax and watch as each room and feature is highlighted. We use professional photos, add descriptions and set the whole thing to music for everyone to enjoy.
Open Houses
Whether or not to hold an open house is up to you – we are here to serve you. The success of an open house largely depends on the market and location of your home. Did you know that only 1-2% of homes actually sell from holding an open house? Any good real estate agent will tell you that the real purpose they hold open houses is to get leads for themselves. Why? Because 17% of the buyers that an agent meets at open houses will buy a house from them.
Lockbox
We install a lockbox on or near your door. It is computerized and can only be accessed by licensed professionals who are members of the NWMLS. Agents are instructed to call your first to confirm showing times. Lockboxes are helpful in tracking who has been in your home, so if you are ever concerned just give us a call. Lockboxes are also programmed to be timed with access only between the hours of 9 am to 9 pm.
Internet
Getting your home sold is about getting the word out! To give you in idea of just how much exposure your listing is going to get here are just some of the sites where buyers will be able to learn about your house. We harness the power of the web through our online and social media presence.
Online ExposureWe also have tapped into the power of social media – another tremendous vehicle to get the word out!
Here are some of the most popular sites we post to and/or follow:
The Knowles Team has an extensive database of current and past clients that we will send an email blast to when we list your home. If they are not currently in the market for a home like yours they may know someone who is – making this another powerful tool to get your home sold.
Even though we have entered the digital age, print advertising is still necessary. We provide printed home brochures to not only keep in the flyer box on the sign post, but in a flyer stand in your house as well. Permaflyers are also used and permanently posted on the sign. These are a single, larger, sturdy weather proof flyer that provides most of the information a buyer is looking for.
MLS
We enter your home into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to immediately have it exposed to over 16,000 real estate agents in the Greater Seattle area. It is not abnormal for the MLS data on your home to be shared with anxious buyers within a few hours of it being listed with appointments to show it shortly thereafter. The MLS is a powerful tool – there are agents that have buyers just waiting for the perfect house to be listed.
