They may have visitors who are looking for a home in the neighborhood. Every person who sees that for sale sign is a potential buyer.
Finally, it’s important to remember that potential home buyers drive neighborhoods, and a for sale sign is an excellent opportunity to capture their attention. Before you know it, that for sale sign will be replaced by a sold sign.
