Leeloo is a lovely and sensitive 6-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier mix. She has delightfully perky ears, dazzling white paws, and she wears a silver mask over her soulful eyes. Leeloo is a smart girl. She already knows commands such as: ‘Sit,’ ‘Shake,’ ‘Down,’ and ‘Stay,’ and she appears to be housebroken.
Leeloo is a bit skittish and head-shy with strangers, and she’s not sure what to make of other dogs. She would thrive in a mature, low-key home with a nurturing and experienced adopter. She is very attentive and she enjoys affection. While cautious with strangers, she dispenses joyful tail wags and gentle kisses for the people she has come to know and trust. If you have a fairly calm and quiet life and just need a special girl to make your house a home, please hurry in and get to know lovely Leeloo!
As with all of our wonderful dogs, Leeloo has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and behavior tested. She will go home with a certificate for an examination by a King County veterinarian and an identification tag. PLUS, most dog adoptions include 30 days of pet insurance from Trupanion and a training rebate when you complete a dog behavior course – a great way to start off on the right paw!
Leeloo is featured in the Knowles Team’s Good Homes for Good Pets program because she needs a forever home, but has had some difficulty finding one. Contact the Seattle Humane Society today to meet Leeloo.
