I am reaching out to share an important and significant decision.
After 34 years as a real estate agent and broker, I have decided it is time to reap the rewards and retire from active real estate activities.
It has been an honor and pleasure to have helped you with your real estate needs over the years. I have enjoyed the professional relationships that ensued.
I am always available to answer your real estate questions. If you find yourself either buying or selling, I can review your needs with you. I can get you in touch with the best real agent to help you.
Many real estate agents transact about 10 real estate closings per year. The Knowles Team did that many a month. That volume was only possible with a dedicated team of professionals.
I want to offer a huge thanks to the core group who have been involved with the Knowles Team for well-over two decades:
- Jim Anzalone, my husband and business partner. He handled the “back-of-the-house” and the financial management. He now happily says he a ‘recovering CPA’.
- Robby Leviton, my sales partner for almost twenty years. Robby, too, is retiring, but continues to be available to you for any real estate questions you might have. I have always been and continue to be impressed with Robby’s dedication and work ethic.
- Carol DelRosario, the Knowles Team Sales Manager and Transaction Coordinator, kept things moving forward and knows more about real estate than almost anyone I know.
- Paul Whannel, who for over a dozen years, kept the Knowles Team websites and social media platforms right up there at the top of the search engines.
I wish all my past clients the very, very best. I look forward to hearing from you.
