Overview

We are full-time real estate professionals who are passionate about real estate, technology, multimedia marketing, and unparalleled customer care.  Groomed by our team’s namesake Sheryl Knowles, Sheryl is an active managing broker and “native” Northwesterner with more than 25 years in the Greater Seattle Real Estate market.

Sheryl has been award Seattle Realtor of the year for 2 years in a row and is recognized as one of the outstanding Realtors in her community. Featured agent in Brokers Agent Magazine and Past President Elect for the Seattle Women Council of Realtor® (WCR). Sheryl’s team consists of 4 partner agents, a sales manager, 1 full time listing agent, a transaction manager and a multi-media specialist.

Personal

Sheryl loves her two Jack Russell Terriers, Mr. Boe and Lady Terra.  She enjoys working on the Park and Recreation Board in Burien, hiking, skiing and traveling. She contributes time and money to hospice, senior services and the human society. And most of all looks forward to spending time with her beautiful grandchildren.
